The money I paid some hours ago, are not available to me as DonationCredits, like they used to

It seems okay to me, and thanks for the donations.

Hmm, if only the decimal point on my balance would disappear.  :)  I would be activated then.  ;)

Not sure when the latest newsletter ended up at the top of the forum page, but I think that's a good idea. (Somehow I didn't see it there before - I thought I remembered having to go down into Newsletters or something.)

No, don't you know the Retail Way? Mouser has to work DOUBLE on Christmas because that's when *everyone else* is taking it off! He might get 7AM-3PM off December 27!

DC members ewemoa found a bug in search, where if there were more than 1000 results, the topmost relevant ones were not always being shown.
I have attempted to remedy that problem.

Let me know if you find any other oddities in search -- I will attempt to improve it as we go forward.

Speaking of Search, is there any chance 'Sort by' option could be moved to the result page rather than having to go into Advanced Search?

The default Relevant never seems to be AFAIAC and it's always been quicker to sort by date because I'm usually searching for a post I've already seen and therefore have a good idea of when it occurred.

RE search -- a minor suggestion:
in advanced search, move the [Search] button to the centre of the page.
Maybe it's just me, but everytime I use it, I have to look for it -- on a (regular) wide screen monitor, it's way over there in the right-hand corner...

I seem to remember that the list of threads within a forum had a nest/previous page link. It may have fallen off during the migration, or maybe it has to be added like the prev/next links on the thread-post pages?

Is it just me, or do the new Spoiler tags not work in Win10's IE11? Using Edge yes, but in IE11 I get the link-finger icon, and no reaction to click what-so-ever.

Still wondering about this. Am I to assume then that it is just me? As it's happening in multiple locations on different machines ... All of which are running IE11 on Win10.

Can we get the "Go To" quick links at the bottom of threads like it was on the old site? It's no fun having to scroll back up to the top of the page just to navigate back to Unread threads or other areas of the site.
I'd like to make a similar request.

Well that's interesting. I just loaded up IE to test it. All I did was just quote a random post from this thread and stick it in a spoiler box, clicked preview, and tested the spoiler. It worked fine.

Then I decided to quote your message in the spoiler box instead of the random one and now it won't work.

EDIT: Spoiler seems to maybe work on actual posts, but not in previews.

I never tried it in a preview, but the spoiler in your post does nothing for me in IE, but works fine in Edge or FF.

Seems to work fine in IE11 on Win8.1Pro here in Deo's post but I can confirm it doesn't work in preview.
