I think they're way off in the weeds with that entire piece. The issue isn't that part of the OS is digging through all you stuff, the indexing service has been doing that since Win2k. The problem is that it's sharing everything it finds with the MS Mothership...and that part is completely unacceptable.

Sometimes I do notice when I use the webcam, this very powerful blue light shines in my eyes. When I next realize what is going on, several hours have passed. When I check my debit card it shows I purchased a bunch of MS development tools I already got for free at the college.
