Hi,

i mentioned this on the IRC channel and now i making a parallel announcement in the forums. i haven't done this before so this might sound off-key a bit.. anyway, here goes..

We are delighted to announce the birth of our little princess. She was born on Wednesday (22nd August 2007) at about 12.45am, weighing at 3.31kg. The mother and baby are safely at home and we are going through our shortlist to pick a name.

I planned to include a photo of the baby with this announcement but decided to wait until she's a bit older.

That is just fantastic!

This'll be one of the biggest and best changes in your lives: I'm constantly amazed how kids have the uncanny ability to get in under your skin... such a different kind of love.

thanks everyone.. my wife and i would like to express our most heart-felt appreciation.

btw, i haven't mentioned earlier but this is our 3rd baby and with age catching up, we will be concentrating our energies on raising them..

Hmmm, three kids at home... while they're babies, it's quite easy to handle them, but once they hit the four years mark... well, wait and see

. Maybe you should ask Cody if he could act as a babysitter once in a while, I'm sure he will entertain the kids

yes, my 4 year old throws up a big ruckus every morning claiming he is too sleepy to go to the nursery/kindergarten.. but when back at home, he's all excited to tell about his day at school..
