Is there a way to easily carry earphones for my mobile?

I have bought some in a case but I would be interested in the minimal volume possible.

I think it would make more sense to duct tape the earphones in your ear.  That way you don't have to worry about carrying them.

You don't have to worry about carrying them if you don't need them at all.

FYI you don't need to use duct tape. You can also use a rubber band.
