quick poll, please vote! (2 questions only)
« on: February 25, 2017, 07:04 AM »
Hello,

research around the question "what if you could see into the future?" was mentioned on the radio the other day (I forgot which university it was), and I'd like to find out what my fellow forum users think about the topic. :)

It's about events* in your life that personally/ directly affect you; please vote in both polls:

*by event I mean something extraordinary like meeting the love of your life or crashing your car, not Adele releasing a song you dislike. 8)

Hmm, it would seem to me the answer to both would be you want to know in advance of both positive and negative events.  In the first case, you cannot keep the negative event from happening, but you may be able to use the foreknowledge to your advantage.  Example, some big company is going to crash leaving a zillion people out of work.  You position yourself to sell the stock short at the optimum time.  I am no Wall Street aficionado but you get the idea.

In the second case if you could change things then obviously you would want to know in advance so that you may optimize your future.

But in reality I think Yogi Berra had it right.  "The future ain't what it used to be."

Luckily they have a few apps for that.....well sort of.
On the app store they have an app called "Ask the Ball".
It's a crystal ball app for your smart phone or tablet that
is surprisingly entertaining and addictive.   :)

Also they have other apps for tarot card spreads.

And last but not least.....I have a more direct method
that has nothing to do with apps, devices, or computers.
Get out of your chair and balance on the balls of your feet.
Clear your mind, then ask a yes or no question with the
utmost sincerity while balancing on the balls of your feet.
If you begin to lean forward.....the answer is yes.
If you begin to lean backward....the answer is no.

Though this method seems incredibly simple on the surface
it is only scratching the surface of a much broader subject.
Metaphysics and the possible existence of Real Magic.

I'm still learning the finer points of Dowsing and various
other aspects of Metaphysics, but I was surprised that I
could develop the ability to detect raw placer Gold with
a simple set of Copper Dowsing Rods as well as other
ferrous and nonferrous metals much like a metal detector.
Only, without a metal detector.   8)

I haven't used this new talent to build a fortune yet.
Motorcycle trips out west to prospect for Gold are not
the way to go.....it's actually bad for the back. And
sleeping on the ground is kind of rough after a week.
I'm going to need a motorhome that will provide a
roof over my head and a bed to sleep in at night.

So you might say I have some financial ground to
cover before I try doing that again any time soon.

Planting the seed for the next generation
of American Industry.....help is needed.

Hello Carl Stone, good one! It sounds like you made more than you paid for your trip there - a great start!

If you haven't already, you might want to read this book: Michael Talbot - The Holographic Universe
