Uhm...

OK, Mac users might like it. I'm slightly confused.

well, it was funded to the tune of almost 12k on Kickstarter, so there's apparently a demand.  And it seems pretty straightforward to me.

sometimes it seems to me that the main point of kickstarter is to confirm to me that i really don't understand this world at all.

All those folders on the left side look ugly as sin so far but there's actually some interesting ideas there,
e.g. the dynamic thumbnails - they keep the same height but have variable width:

(needs justified paragraph formatting to make it look classy though)

It did?  It seemed to me that's the same reason that you're dismissing it... so I guess that's even?

Well, the folders are just taking the place of breadcrumbs, so it doesn't bother me.  But I do like the relative file dates.  Seems interesting to me, in all truth.

Only looked at the screenshots, but seems interesting to me to.
Then again, I seem to like file managers, have licences to quite a few and use each for specific tasks - and they nearly all do straightforward stuff well enough.

No. The screenshot I attached was made by me. Using it feels different than looking at it.
