New Apps for the New Year ChallengeWe have officially plowed our way into the New Year, and it's time that we all should focus on working even more efficiently. To help us get that done Donation Coder has started the N.A.N.Y. (New Apps for the New Year) Challenge to present new applications to save you time. All of the available programs (totaling 24 right now) have simple concepts but for some of us they will conquer big tasks.. I'm sure you'll find one or more of those programs to be useful. I think my favorite is TPClock just because it confuses so many people...including myself from time to time (literally).

Office 2007 Search Command add-in and other tricks for finding commandsHaving trouble finding where a command is in the new Office Ribbon? Microsoft Labs has just released a ribbon add-in that lets you type text from a command, and it gives you a list of matching commands. Search Commands helps you find commands, options, wizards, and galleries in Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Just type what you're looking for in your own words and click the command you need. Search Commands also includes Guided Help, which acts as a tour guide for specific tasks.
