Some of the effects include converting your images to sketches, wrapping them around easter eggs, making them look old, and putting your photo in a museum. You can upload images from your computer, use images in your flickr account, or even from the url of a photo on the web. The terms of service explicitly state that the site claims no rights to your uploaded data.
