This is a free service that tells you the language of a website.

Have you ever come across documents or websites and not known what language it is written in? The Lextek Language Identifier is capable of identifying not only what language it is written in but also its character encoding and what other languages are most similar. This will alleviate your wondering of what languages you are working with or looking at...

Polyglot 3000 claims to recognize over 400 languages,
Lextek Language Identifier will recognize 260 languages.

Polyglot was updated a week ago,
Lextek Language Identifier has not been updated since at least 2003, maybe long before that.

I have to change that button to pop up instructions on the preferred way we have here of attaching(uploading) images.  Attaching images is better in all respects both for us and other sites.  It's on my todo list.

Is that:
Do always use "Preview + Link Inline Image.. + Inline ___ Attachment + paste url into 'Attach:'-box " ?

the preview part is not important, but yes all images should be put into attachment fields at the bottom of the post new message page, and then put:

inside the body of the post wherever you want the images to go.

I guess this is only important when the pic is on another server, but DC might be using several servers, so it goes for pics on DC as welll?

Mouser: perhaps you could do a button that automatically downloads image from other site, and does the attach+inline?

Might be more coding than it's worth though, but it's good for lazy users :]
