Are you referring to Mouser's Universal Key?  It only works with Mouser's software.  (Clipboard Help+Spell, FARR, Screenshot Captor, etc.)  WinRar is another application from another company.

The universal key works for any of mousers programs.  Not with any program. You have to purchase one from a winrar distributor here.  You can also get it free with TrialPay: http://www.trialpay....443a&tid=6rGGip1
