Description
Allows you to store entries in xml files to open and launch as needed with searching and other features.

Features (in no particular order)

Built-In toggle to show window always on top or not.
Customizable browser path, file launcher, and search url for searchwords.
Customizable default group names for new/imported entries.
Display/Hide parts of the interface you want/don't want to show.
Display/Hide selected columns as well as even hiding the column headers all together.
Each entry may have short notes added or none at all totally up to you.
Enter group names as appropriate for each entry if you don't want the default group names to be used.
Importation of plain text files with 1 entry per line and possible more import features will be implemented later down the road.
List header goes based on filename with smart capitalization and removal of underscores for spaces.
Move entries to a new group while holding the shift key and left clicking a entry and dropping over any entry in another group for automatic sort.
Nice tool tips shown when hovering over the group name as well as entry information for each column.
Search entries, notes, or just search both entries and notes at the same time.
Text drag and drop with the option to toggle the showing of the dialog.

Usage

Installation
Extract to any portable directory location and run.

Using the Application
Add urls, searchwords and/or file locations to the list, then click to launch.
Note: Can use <appdir> for macro for file location and a few others to be revealed later.

Uninstallation
Delete the Link Warlock files.

Known Issues
Scrollbar doesn't scroll to get to hidden entries while moving entries.

Don't have any more suggestions since I've been submitting them to you privately but just wanted to say I think this is a great app for anyone who keeps lists of urls/files to visit periodically.

I second the drag-n-drop suggestion.

Suggestion: If a URL is detected on the clipboard, pre-populate the 'Entry' field when adding a new entry. You could make it even more efficient by adding a "Add URL from clipboard" option that wouldn't even display the 'Adding a New Entry' dialogue. It would simply add the URL to which group is selected at the time. Just a thought.

Yeah I am still fiddling with drag and drop some so maybe for a text drag and drop. You can drag and drop text files to the list at the moment (import/create new list option pops up). One entry per line don't know if you figured that out or not. You can also drag the xml files it creates to the list as well to open.

Further observations and thoughts:

After adding or editing an entry, keyboard navigation of the listview no longer works. You can shift-tab to give focus/control back to the listview but then the highlighted item is no longer the item with focus. Just shift-tab and press 'Up'...you'll see what I mean.
Drag-n-drop in the listview to move entries from group to group would be a nice-to-have.
All the clickable URLs in the 'About' dialogue error out with an "Illegal characters in path" message box.

1. Close to fixed...
2. Now possible when I upload the new version soon with shift + click then drag over one the entries in the list it will put it in the group of the entry below cursor.
3. Should be fixed.

It will not work if you hover over the group row must be an actual entry. Also, latest version has *not* been uploaded yet...Now to see if I can figure out how to fix the quirky keyboard navigation...This is just an update on status.

Issues

Still the quirky keyboard navigation.

Changes

Added text drag and drop with the option to toggle the showing of the dialog in Preferences then Other Interface.
Use Shift + Click&Drag entries over any other entry in another group to move them to that group. Doesn't matter which entry as it sorts it. (Known Issue: Scrollbar doesn't scroll to get to hidden entries.)

Fixes

Clicking links in the about dialog should be fixed. I couldn't get it to reproduce after I applied a fix...

Your help in testing the latest version for me will be much appreciated...

Your changed and fixed items appear to work as designed for me. Nicely done.

I think a tool like this begs for a hide/show hotkey and the ability to run from the tray. That is, the typical close-to-tray or minimise-to-tray options.

Close! This appears to be fixed if I add a new entry but not if I edit an existing one.

For the add/edit entry textbox? If so I have got it in the version I am working on and also for shortcuts yet some shortcuts for me doesn't seem to work...

More attempted fixes to get the keyboard navigation working right in the list after it loses focus and then later regains it.

Changes

Added drag and drop of files to the add/edit dialog entry textbox.
Drag and drop to entry textbox attempts to pull the real path to the file from shortcuts. Doesn't add the text if it can't pull it from it.

is better at selecting within the entries, even after editing.

~~of 33 shortcuts to URLs I was unable to drag-drop any. Should I be using the same method (of shift-click-drag)?~~ Scratch that, it works fine.

I need to pay more attention

skwire suggested a hot key to call up the interface. FWIW, I'd prefer a small drop target to do this. I could make that happen using AHK but it'd be nice to have it built in.

Didn't get much time to work on it during the holiday seasons. However I have did a small update with a few things fixed/tweaked.

A few updates to behind the scenes code and also now comes multi selection and multi delete due to the updates of behind the scenes code in version 1.1.0 build 1. Sorry it took so long to get out, but I am just now getting back into programming a little more regularly after my health issues this past spring. Download link is in first post.
