The license deal is not working right now.
Maybe it will get fixed shortly.

For the record: according to the comments anyway, the difference between this and the free one is -
Free: 15,000 images per cataolgue
Basic: 25,000 per catalogue

It's quite a good program, I've been using the Server version to try and get my ~48000 photos/videos organised - just wish I could put in enough time to finish doing it  :-\
