Yes, we can find that, sure, but dropping a question, without any documentation whatsoever, and at the rate the OP is dropping them, makes me wonder about his google-abilities :(

My main interest is about the concept "software integration"
This is covered, I suppose, by automation anywhere.

Alternatives ?

Maybe first read some of these articles: "Articles about Macro, Macro programs, Macro recorders, Macro Software, Windows Automation, Windows Macro, Automation Software", from the same company; their macro solutions begin at $25

yes . is data integration. software integration.
Use optical recognition techniques to solve any problem interacting old and new software.

I am searching for software and data integration

How much programming do you want to do?  I know I've used AutoHotKey for this purpose.  There are a couple of others that I've used (along with AA) for work, but have found that making my own is more productive (C++/C# working better than either of the others to management's chagrin)

But others that I have tried...

Deskover

iMacros

Automise

Macro Express Pro

Though none of them did what we needed, what was found in the end was that the more you paid, the closer we got- you get what you pay for, really.  That is, unless you're willing to really write what you need.

The order above is no coincidence- they are ordered in descending price and use order above.

Not sure why you're looking at alternatives to AA (if something other than price), but that seems to be an absolute, and AA is at the top of the heap in terms of fully commercial products.

There's also extraction services, where you point them to the data feed that you want to extract data from and they build a custom solution that extracts and then mails the results to you (or you retrieve it from their interface), but those are pretty expensive also.

dropping a question, without documentation, at the rate the OP is dropping them

members made it possible for OP to make said behaviour a habit.
Is it mistaken politeness? Should we demand more, from now on?

complex programmer world's indeed.
my 90% percent needs goes with aHK snack's code section.
but for the rest i need something special. software integration : curious phrase for all the rest. Nice idea because is our dream : take advantage of what we have/know and integrate with the rest.
 :-*

i'll take a look to deskover and the rest.

a question . Automate seems even more expensive than AA.  What is the best ?

"dropping a question, without documentation, at the rate the OP is dropping them"

Well, you couldn't blame me for doing this, could you? And this shows the advantage of "NO explanation questions" vs. "LENGTHY explanation questions". ;-)

The REAL questions here would be:

- what might be the real advantages of AA on free and elaborate solutions like AHK and AI?, and then:
- what might be the advantages of AA on its competitors, like iMacros (rather often on bits, rather bad reviews) or WinTask (no reviews at all, but a very strong contender)?

Any insight here? (Also in the line of "AA does not even do... which AHK/AI (or WT...) does", of course.)

My real thought is in correspondance with the programmer.
For me AHK is enough for a good programmer.
But a good programmer likes to solve problems and like at least three languages or more.
AHK is able for almost any problem except perhaps some abilities like optical recognition, auditive recognition or complex interaction with specialised hardware such as technical sensors or artificial intelligence.
Perhaps exists a lot of software programmer solutions because of commercial interests or simply our human nature and flexibility.
Of course our world is continually changing with new operating systems and the programmers look for common and universal languages. But the Babel Tower is there ....
In all these years in DC i have observed we are far away of solving our real problems and even automation is a dangerous thing in the general context.
But of course all we love automation and everyday trying of creation ideas.
Automation Anywhere seems oriented to people like me (not programmer) but this is not completely true because the real power comes along with the integration software idea and optical recognition.
And perhaps, I don't know really, AHK can make some of these tasks with more or less effort and more satisfaction.

I have used AHK a lot but more recently I favour Quick Macros, which is a very powerful tool with low resource usage. Reasonably low cost and highly recommended.

This wonderful program seems not have OCR recognition.
I thin integration software is a special way of relate and integrate old software in a single application with theses scripts maker.

Macro Scheduler is a very serious program .
As everybody knows i am a dummie and not programmer. I'll try to see If I can understand something.
 :-*
The program is perfectly organized in commands types. Have examples. I supposed a normal person in a few hours is making scripts.  :P
Have image recognition (screencapture). Many options
It seems so easy than launch the command in the left and insert according to what you need to do.
Offers an interactive help in any selection you do and probably the best way to learn is with an initial script. I have tried this with many other programs. But I have a very bad memory and make me nervous.
But I will try because I am studying with anki .
We hace nowadays a lot of options, but surely for me the best is use the marvellous snacks and freebies from DC.
