hi artifact, sorry for the delay in replying!
In v4 i changed the clipart directories and REMOVED the idea of standalone masks.
So kunkels instructions won't work the way he originally posted -- which was to apply the mask and then apply the frame as two separate steps.
However, i have made a new download:

KunkelHands.png
KunkelHands.png.mask
Just follow the read me instructions in that zip which tell you to copy those files to the Frames directory.
Then when you apply the frame png the mask will be automatically applied, as desired.
All use of frames that make use of masks should be done this way from now on, as a paired set with the mask having same name as frame but with .mask extension (doesn't matter the file format of the mask -- jpg is best i think).
