Here's one called Usability Boost for Google Plus:
"It's small CSS changes that put the focus on the content, separating visually posts and comments."

It's a subtle change, but it definitely improves readability.

GooglePlusPlus User Mute - The googleplusplus_user_mute userscript / extension for Google+ (aka Google Plus aka G+) mutes all posts by specific users. Click MUTE USER link next to the Public/Limited status. Once muted, a placeholder for each post appears with {User Name} UNMUTE, which if clicked will stop muting that particular user.

GooglePlusPlus Default Circle - The googleplusplus_default_circle userscript / extension for Google Plus (aka Google+ aka G+) adds a star next to each circle stream name. The star can be clicked to set or unset one circle stream as your default. When a default is set, going to the Stream view (which is an aggregate of all your circles) you automatically get redirected to your default stream.

GooglePlusPlus Hide Images - googleplusplus_hide_images is a user script for Google Plus (aka Google+ aka G+) that adds a button under each Google Plus post image to hide it (toggle show / hide). GooglePlusPlus Hide Sidebars - The googleplusplus_hide_sidebars is a user script for Google Plus (aka Google+ aka G+) that adds a feature to hide/show left and right side bars, and makes the main content wider. This feature is sticky and will show either a Hide Sidebars link or Show Sidebars link.

No joy on the Google+Facebook thing. After installing it and clicking on the Facebook icon, I get this message:

Important Notice
Facebook is no longer enabling communication between Google Plus and Facebook. We are currently trying to contact Facebook to get everything back as it was. Please be patient with our efforts. We hope to be up and running again soon,

That crossrider stuff is considered malware. (Google+Twitter and Google+Facebook)

They change your default search engine without asking and tamper with your email, possibly giving the developer full access to the content of your email messages.

'Start G+' Adds a Gmail inbox notifier, which you can disable.
Warnings are posted at the app store of what it can access.
You can disable Facebook and Twitter functions as well.
But those are the point of the extension.
It also can access Picasa Web and the developer for updates.
The Beta does not auto update though.

He keeps developing it, so I think it will be a good one, imo.
Personally I like to keep them separate-Google+ and Facebook.
I just tested it to see if it works and it still does.

The notifications are now visible everywhere. However, the central feature of this extension is that its ability to collapse read posts while remembering their last state for future sessions. +Comment Toggle hides any comments to posts within your Stream and makes them available if and when you actually want to see them.

Meh, most Google+ extensions are useless for us Firefox users anyway.
But what about this? (Userscript, works with Greasemonkey, actually rocks. Too bad I hate Google.)
