Actually that's a pretty weak excuse on Amazons part, if it were true then there would be a hardcore porn category in their listings. There is no denying that porn is profitable.
They make decisions every day on what is appropriate to sell and what is not and as a private company they are not bound by "free speech" issues.
They have every right not to offer this ebook if they so choose.

they removed it sometime in the last 24 hours by the looks of it - I dont know how long it was up there but looking at Renegade's link, it got 2,479 customer reviews in that time - all 1 star so presumably *all* complaining about it.

looks like the kindle submission process is very automated - or done by people getting minimum wage and not really caring about when they hit the "aprove" button.
