All screen captures are white

Hej,

I downloaded the latest version of Screenshot Captor because my existing Screenshot captor was producing white pictures only, when I moved over to Windows 7 on the same PC.  Even with the new version, I still get a white picture when I try to capture (any choice).

My PC is a Dell Inspiron 9300

CPU
         Intel Pentium M 750
Memory
   Type   DDR2
   Size   2048 MBytes
Graphics
   Name   X191W on ATI MOBILITY RADEON X300

not sure what the fix was - I think it could possibly be related to either Zone alarm or Kapersky - do you use either of those?

Thanks for your input. 

I tested that by turning off my Zone Alarm Extreme Security (which has Forcefield), rebooted and Screenshot Captor worked like normal.  Then I restarted as normal with Zone Alarm and Screenshot Captor has been working normally ever since. 

Go figure that one...

I did the trick thesurfer did and everything works just as it is supposed to work.  What the......?

I've been breaking in a new notebook PC and had installed Comodo Internet Security. I too encountered the white screen problem (after it was working as expected on my old laptop). I discovered I had to disable the defense+ (and/or perhaps the sandbox) features (vs the antivirus and firewall options) in order to get screenshot captor to function as expected.

Thanks for the report rguillem.

I'm thinking maybe i need to add some test to the first capture and if it's all one color then report to the user that it's probably the result of their security software being an inconsiderate jerk.
