What are some good software for comparing Word documents?

Word includes tools to compare documents.
Tools > Compare & Merge Documents..., at least in Word 2002

CSDiff, freeware by Component Software, can compare RTFs, but not (IIRC) *.DOC.

Beyond Compare can compare Word files, it does it by converting them to text and comparing that, which may not be what you want.
