Try these gems from Nirsoft :
Opened files view
My event viewer
You would have to add them to your Start folder.

I never found a way to use programs from Nirsoft
OpenedFilesView v1.52 was a total NO.NO... for me , as for
MyEventViewer v1.62 was the same for me. Have anyone found any niche in this program,,,,,,,,quite simple,,,,,,but no idea how to use it. Not a proper Tutorial material.....
I have REFOG keylogger running on my PC 24x7. I _am_ nice enough to give my friends a heads-up when they login to their email/whatnot from my machine, though.
It's much more than a simple keystroke recorder but AFAICT it's extremely light on resources. If you're looking for thorough monitoring, you should check it out. The only PITA is, it's always flagged as malware by Malwarebytes, no matter how often I ask it to ignore it. And REFOG breaks up its logs into several tiny files, so I have to individually mark each file as safe. -nosh
Thanks man,
REFOGF was very promising but like same here, i have Norton Antivirus 2010, which contineously detects Refog
(Freeware) as a threat, i think as a Backdoor Trojan, when i scan the setup installer file: its clean and sometimes the Norton Sonar threat detects contineously.
Actually i want to know who copies and paste some junk in my PC, and whatg crap are being installed: while i am using Ditto as a Clipboard manager, which thankfully details the item being copied
only........ if their were a clipboard manager that would detail the copied and pasted item, that would be great.
I am only going for freeware, i would give Fefog Freeware another try and make an exclusion for this program, as it directly installs on
c:\windows\system32\.... That was a new thing for me..........
