$2 Credit Bounty: Animation of Hamster on Wheel
« on: April 12, 2007, 11:06 AM »
I would like to stick an easter egg into one of my programs at work. In order for this to work, I need an animation of a hamster running on a hamster wheel. I would prefer a computer graphic over a movie of a real hamster. I would prefer it to be at least 150 pixels by 150 pixel.

$2 DonationCoder credits if you match 100% and $1 DonationCoder if you come close.

You have 48 hours.

thanx

I don't know the source, but I've seen the same one on 3 sites.
The only good one I could find, and I'm no animator myself or else I'd just make one.
Hope it helps...

Cpilot,

That may be our winner. Can you please tell me where you obtained that graphic? I cannot use anything without permission. I need permission of the creator.

thanx,

Not to be a jerk, but that hamster looks surprisingly like a squirrel  :D

I think it's the tail. I've never owned a hamster, but I don't think they have big tails like that.

Hamsters with long furry tails.

Who knew? OK, cpilot knew, but other than him? Also, it's clearly labelled on the site that cpilot links to as a hamster.

Grumble, grumble, grumble - still looks like a squirrel to me! :tease:

Aww so cute!

I wasn't trying to invalidate your hamster image, I just didn't know hamsters had long tails.

It is well known that baby hamsters come from nuts that hang from the branches of great trees by a furry stalk, that becomes the tail.

I am sure that Wikipedia will confirm this.

Depending on what your looking for I'm sure Wikipedia could confirm about anything.
