firefox: slower scrolling down than up?

I recently switched to firefox from opera, and I'm finding some strange things... is it possible that it is slower to scroll down than up?

I think this might be a side effect of some extension...

Me too - or a script since I noticed you have Greasemonkey installed. Not all 51xx scripts are bugfree. Disable and see what happens.

Also you have hopefully disable as default setting for Firebug? Can slow down browsing.

May be also try to turn on/off smooth scrolling in options, advanced, general. Some weird bug with mouse or whatever perhaps.

As Opera user this might be needed http://smoothwheel.mozdev.org/index.html takes some experiments but it works.
