Free subscription to Dr. Dobbs Journal

I have been receiving Dr. Dobbs Journal, for free, for a number of years. (I don't know how it started or why)

It's a great magazine that any developer would definitely enjoy.

They sent me a link today and told me to invite all my programmer friends to sign up for a free 1 year subscription. ($50 value)

Since all you guys are my friends, here is the invite.

dr.dobbs journal is a very very good programmers journal, so if you are a programmer, you want this.

Although it presents a mechanism by which to register from Canada, I can't persuade it to accept the data (not even when resorting to IE)
