Do you normally email people with a link you found relevant for them?
Just tag it in delicious with for:username and they will see it in their del.icio.us inbox.
A lot faster, an more efficient that mail (plus you see tags and other people's lists!)
For example, assuming mouser's handle is the same in del.icio.us tagging something with for:mouser will do the trick. My username in del.icio.us is urlwolf btw.
