Thanks Darwin, the changes they mentioned, "we made it better!" didn't really make me want to rush into it.

Cheers

Another thing I miss: I'd like an option to get the header tool in FinePrint to behave like the watermark tool. That is, stamp headers onto the page image and not above it. The latter means that the page gets shrunk and moved down a bit even in cases where there's enough white border space on the printed page image to fit the header.

Does anyone know if Clickbook or any other software can do these two things?

I would like the ability to reposition the header and the footer.

I face the problem of placing my copyright on the header and the footer, and not appearing when printing on my paper because its not in the printable region.

Setting the margins in FinePrint doesn't work because both the header and footer are not affected by the margins.

Anyone can help me out here?

There is an update list here; but they haven't made it easy to find!

I've found them very helpful on that regard also.  When I upgraded to W7, I had problems.  I e-mailed to purchase a new license, figuring I had to upgrade.  I *did* have to upgrade FinePrint, but they told me I could keep using the same version of PDFFactory- that it worked with one change.  I really appreciated that!
