Apparently this kind of thing touches a nerve or two. Maybe there is room for games that exploit phobias. I'm sure there could be (and are...) games whose subjects deal with fear of heights, spiders, etc. Although I could not imagine what a game called "Arachibutyrophobia" would be like.
