Thanks mouser, and my mom tells me I have a bad attitude! Something happened with the FeedDemon RSS reader software this past week that is extremely rare in software — a company changed its mind because users wrote in droves their wish for it to remain a standalone app. A cautionary tale about making a bad (embarrassing?) business decision right. Rare indeed.

I agree with Zaine an uncannily-high percentage of the time, even on issues not related to software.

I only wish he'd allow comments in the blog.

He used to, but i never saw one left, I think most must have been too awed to press any keys in response

I should allow them again, but for the first four months or so I was getting a ton of comment spam from (not-so-nice) christians on every post, so I cut it off. On the next post, I will. Thanks for the kind words, guys.

btw is zaine's blog the only blog that combines software commentary mixed with politically incorrect posts about naked women that exist on the planet earth?  i challenge you to find another.

zaine i read a while back in your blog that you were planning some changes on your great software list page.. have you put these in place yet? or is that plan still operative?
