Any mod/feature requests for the forum?

we use the great open source Simple Machines Forum software here.

if anyone sees any mods they'd like us to add here, please post.
we also had some talk a while agao about using bigger forum buttons on the site that might be a little more readable; if this is something most people want we could revisit the idea.

I'm so accustomed to phpBB forum software that this format took a bit to get used to. For example, after posting, it jumps you back to the forum category rather than to the topic you just posted to. The buttons I find difficult to read, and I wish the "New Topic" button was on the left of the button row rather than in the middle. However, I do like the control it gives posters. Otherwise, it seems fine.

i think i changed it to jump back to topic after posting, but your profile may precede that;
if you want to fix, click on Profile, and then "Look and Layour Preferences" on left, then
check Return to topics after posting by default.
