When you use Clipboardhelpand spell, is there a delay when you press the hotkey

are you talking about the 'quick-paste menu' ?
or the main windows?

Both show very quickly here on pressing shortcut.
Can you give some more information ?

And the second most important question is, is the same delay there if you press it again soon after the first time that caused the delay? or is only the first time delayed when you do it after a long period of not using the program, and the subsequent times without delay?
