Welcome to DC Forum!

I can not reproduce your Error. (i am using Ncap instead of WinPcap driver)
I tried several adresses, all works like it should.

Can you supply adress that does not work or screenshot of Error ?

Uninstalled WinPcap and installed Ncap (https://nmap.org/npc...st/npcap-0.99-r7.exe) but now URLSnooper does not work (PACKET.DLL and WPCAP.DLL files missing)
Please try to capture the stream I've uploaded adding https... http://czwjaeao.lucusvirtual.es/test.php

The order of how i installed URL Snooper running with NPcap drivers (on a system that doesnt know anything about them yet)

step 1: Download and install NPcap (if WinPCap was previos installed, it will tell you and let you set "compatible mode")
step 2: Download and install URL Snooper, during installation unmark "Install WinPCap"
step 3: Run URL Snooper, have URL Snooper set active to grab any content, visit any HTTPS site and watch how fast the URL Snooper list grows.

Maby one of them needs administrative rights to set itself up properly, i cant remember that point, i guess i used admin for both.

If it matters, i use Windows 10 x64 latest release build, all works fine the way i described above.

After installing NPcap there is only "WinPcap" driver in URL Snooper
Can you capture the .m3u8 file from the URL http://czwjaeao.lucusvirtual.es/test.php ?

URL Snooper doesnt know NPcap at all, but since NPcap is compatible, it always show WinPcap as driver name.

This capture is done while pressing play for a second and close connection.
I do not investigate it further, if you need a more professional Tool, wich has dozen options youll never need but go really deep, you might consider install WireShark, it is URL Snoopers big brother.
