Installed the freeware-portable version on a thumb drive, inserted the SharewareOnSale exclusive license key and it appears anyway to be a fully-licensed version with no limitations.  Apr 14, 2017 review scared me enough to not install on my hard drive.  Seems like the best of both worlds.

Can confirm... worked for me too.  I didn't even install the portable- just extracted it and had to move a few folders.

Extracted as you wrote rather than installed, is what I meant. What folders did you move?

There were folders named with Hiragana characters in what I extracted.  I moved all of these to the root.  A few of those were supposed to be contained in others as shown on running when files were not where they were supposed to be.  Diagnosed the errors and moved those (AppInfo I think was one, forget the other).  It was a pretty straightforward process from the error messages.
