Screencaptor takes permission of my files. Cannot delete.

This is annoying.. It's only happening in current versions.

In the past I never had this issue with Screencaptor taking permission of files. I've been using this software for over 5 years now.

Why does screencaptor need to take file permission anyways? Kinda suspect.

And yes I donated for those that want to flame me.

I would say the SC doesn't "need" to do this - it's obviously a bug somewhere, possibly between SC and Windows/File Explorer which is used to display thumbnails. I'm not the expert so we'll see what others say.

Re donating: it's optional - nice if you did, but not necessary.

It definitely it not normal SC action -- it must have to do with it being a VIDEO file.  Must be some issue somewhere.  Is it only happening if that video is the active current file?

No one is going to flame anyone here -- your question was good.  It must be a bug in SC related to handling video files -- which normally SC is not used for so the video playing functionality is not tested often..
