Hi all, I just found out how to make the main window stay on when you are working with the program;

Go to Edit>preferences>Basic capturing>capture options> before capture and UNCHECK hide screenshot capture window

to make sure you get your options for saving window after making your image go up to The Basics>Interface options>after capture show and choose pop up choice
dialog

After making one or both of these changes hit APPLY then hit ACCEPT.

Thanks for taking the time to post the solution you found.  :up:

With so many options it can be hard for people to find the right settings to make SC most efficient for their workflow.

If anyone finds themselves having to go through extra steps to make lots of captures, please don't hesitate to post a question asking if there is a more efficient way to do the kind of repetitive captures that you are trying to do.
