Is there an online tool (so that I can use it in any pc) that will extract text from brackets, commas, etc?

How about an example input/output text so we're not going to have to play 20 questions to find out what you really want?

It's so simple!

Input text:
The influence of sonic waves traveling through liquids was first reported by Robert Williams Wood (1868–1955) and Alfred Lee Loomis (1887–1975) in 1927.

Output text:
1868–1955
1887–1975

Output text could also be:
(1868–1955)
(1887–1975)

I think I could easily add this to my Text Inspection & Manipulation Utility. That is a Windows desktop application though.
