Quick Paste Menu Number of Items to Display

I have the "Number of Items to Display from Quick Paste Group" set to 30, but the quick paste pop menu doesn't always show 30, sometimes it's less.  How can I get this to always show the last 30 clips?

This is probably due to the way that Quick Paste is configured to not show old clips.

Essentially you need to edit the Quick Paste group sql and remove the time component.
