FWIW I'd be slow to buy anything from that site for various reasons -

• too far away (Hong Kong)  in case there is a problem
• outside EU, customs & excise may get involved with the delivery
• most [many] of their products are no-brand
• I looked at routers - one on offer had a review saying first they couldnt find the firmware, when they did, it was only in Chinese
• ...

I buy flashlights and knives from them.
I always check for reviews before buying.
If there are no reviews, I will not buy it....usually..

The Convoy flashlights are excellent. And quite a few others I own.
The Sanrenmu knives are good too.

They do sell knock-offs, just watch the reviews though,
sometimes, and more than you think,
the knock-offs are better than the original.

Customs is not a problem.
They have stopped shipping lithium batteries because of customs.
Temporarily I think.

Deal Extreme is another choice, but not much different price.
FT's site is so easy to navigate, easier reviews and forums.
I hardly ever use DX, unless FT does not have the item.

I better address this-
Refunds can happen, and they do believe you.
Better customer relations can not be found from other HK based distributors.
It's a lot of paper work though.
Small ticket items are usually handled without shipping....depends...
More likely to be credited.
The ticket response time varies.
