idea for new feature: rescue hotkey

so i'm thinking of adding a global hotkey that would:
reduce any process using more than say 20% of cpu to low priority.
boost priority of process tamer to high.
display list of running processes for further manipulation and termination.
the idea of this would be that some people might not normally want to be taming processes; and this would be a key you could use in an emergency to regain control of your system on demand by pushing PT up to high priority so it should be able to beat out any currently ill-behaving process.

The tricky part will be getting something started if the CPU is under such a load....
Still even if it took a while, it's better than having to sit and watch while things get sorted out.
Press the panic button and walk away

I like it. I think this would be a great feature to add to the software.
Ctrl-Shift-Escape and closing/managing the offending process can be such a drag.
