This is a good TED talk, and particularly for those that write software, it's fantastic:

It's a few years old, but very worth watching. Just ignore his Apple-love. ;)

He talks about motivating people, and has some very interesting things to say.

Nice to see the intuitive/feeling side being given a plug -
(it tends to get a lot of bad press because of over-the-top advocates in various guises: self-help; alternative; etc.).

He does blur the lines of what you believe and how you market/sell. I think it's pretty clear that these can be two very different things. Then again, I guess what you believe always shines through eventually.
