What are Automatic & Custom Destinations in FARR?

I dont remember these before:

'Automatic Destinations' & 'Custom Destinations'

What are Automatic & Custom Destinations in FARR?

they seem to be all in the roaming\MS\windows\recent folder.

Can anyone tell me what they are?

I dont remember seeing them in FARR before, but this could be because the files I expected to be at the top of the list here are not showing (that's not relevant here beyond making me notice these files).

I changed some folder settings a while back, maybe it's because of that (show system files I guess).
Will change that setting back to 'hide' and see.
hmm, no immediate difference. Maybe they were always in FARR ...

FWIW, I see a "Custom Destinations" in what looks to be an analogous location on one of the pcs here.
