Pure Text Pasting?

Quick question:

Can CHS let me paste pure text?

e.g. I copy something from Word or Excel or a web page, then paste pure text (no formatting or anything)?

Yes, just use the quick paste menu to select the first item, and the last item copied to clipboard will be pasted in plaintext.
There is also a customizable hotkey to paste last text from the clipboard as plain text.
