v1.145.01 - Apr 22, 2015
  • [BugFix] On bootup, a docked launchbar was occasionally docked off screen and could only be restored by Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L emergency hotkey.

If you never experienced this problem, count yourself lucky -- I have and it's a real annoyance.  Hopefully this will fix it.  (It only happened when program is scheduled to run at bootup time).
Mouser, I've never experienced this problem (LBC starts at startup, but I don't use a docked launchbar, just an icon in my system tray that I can click on to see the entire range of major nodes).  Is there any reason for me to install the upgrade?

Is there a way to stop the big announcement of this latest version appearing each time I reboot the computer, or can I only stop it by installing the update that I don't need?

Just turn off auto update checking, it's the second checkbox on the topmost Options tab.

Good news .. I updated my MS Defender virus definitions this morning .. and tried another download via Firefox. All went well without any complaints from MS Defender.

I've very anxious to hear how the new beta works for folks, especially the option to customize icon/button sizes.

I had only really made a little trial use of LBC before today, but I downloaded this latest version and played about with it.
The high DPI feature was not notable on my laptop display, but LBC seemed to do its thing quite well, and now I am thinking of spending more time with it and learning a bit more about it.

Haven't tried on high dpi yet but it's nice to have working scaling on standard displays

The 'enter license' panel could use a bit of sizing help.

I clicked on Check for Updates inside LBC and was told to "visit program web page to download update."  I clicked on that and was brought to the web page, but the latest release there was said to be version 1.149.01 (Dec. 22, 2016).  ???

Not really what you're looking for but when the error message about autosize/stretch appears, if one opens the configuration menu without first closing the warning message, then LBC locks up.

Plus, can you be more explicit about turning off stretch? I don't see an entry that matches your wording. If I check 'on' for Do not stretch, on the second docking panel, nothing seems to change.
