it's an oldie but goodie - definitely a wonderful read and a great example of community action.

What makes it good is the
suspense
. The nail-biting, sweat-producing, wutsgonahapennext SUSPENSE! I found myself wanting to breathe into a paper bag along with mynameisjeff when Customs delayed the package... eep!
