RSS feed editor

Anyone has hints about a good RSS feed editor for Windows?
Maybe not based on .NET or Java technology

I mean editor, to produce RSS feeds.

I know it's plain XML, but I'm lazy and don't want to lose too much time with RSS.
Just to add some RSS feeds to my website.

I know there are some editors that have a "ping" function to feed the new RSS info into
several RSS sites... an editor with such function is welcome

I found Tristana RSS Writer to be the one that mostly suits my needs,
but would like some advice from other guys before putting my hand
in the wallet...

Umberto, there's this free one rss-builder but it doesn't seem to be in development any longer.

Thank you joiwind, had a quick look at it...

Looks like a bit simplistic to me... and doesn't look it features the ping function...

Anyway, a possible choice, but Tristana is still better to me.

Easy Feed Editor is a free tool to create and edit your own RSS feeds which might be worth checking out. Haven't tried it myself.
