Multi Photo Quotes: What settings do you like?
« on: January 02, 2009, 01:57 PM »
I'd be interested in hearing what settings people end up using in the program.

I like putting a date/time thing on mine; for the format I use: %l:%M %p %A\n%B %d\n%Y
With the following configuration for count+size so that its always in a small box:

I've been trying to use the Quotes directory setting -- unfortunately, it looks like w/o much success.

BTW, I made a batch file to get to the configuration window more conveniently -- is there another way to get at it w/o entering the command line option at a prompt?

Hit the 'o' key at any time to open options.

A setting ive been really enjoying is to turn of tiling, set 1 image only (uncheck fill with images option), and set new monitor borders to top+bottom 200, left+right 0.  and using randomhaiku as the quote book.  gives a really nice elegant letterbox display.
