Show sub menu items on mouse over

Is it possible to have a menu's items come up on mouse over as opposed to mouse click?

i'll look into it for next release and see how hard it would be to add.

Another question: I have set up a hotkey as in the attached screenshot. Is it supposed to bring up the launch menu because at the moment it doesn't do so? I was wondering if it is possible to get the launch menu (the one that shows up when sys tray icon is clicked) at the current cursor position when this hotkey is pressed.
