It took me about a minute and a half to get that page. Now it loads instantly when I retry.

EDIT: Apparently you're not supposed to include the http:// -- Now it shows something:

Okay this is weird. The site that was down for over 30 hours is now back up and I can access it just fine, but Down For Everyone Or Just Me? is still showing it as down.
