yes, i usually try to pre-announce preplanned downtimes, i apologize for that, i simply forgot this one was planned (it was done by the hosting company not me), and it was supposed to be only a few minutes. hahah i know, i'm learning that's often just wishfull thinking
maybe we should set up like a separate alternate place where if the site goes down people can go for more info and discussion; like an offsite blogger.com page or something. seems like a good idea. i'll set it up.
