Tales of Mere Existence
« on: November 12, 2007, 01:00 PM »
I discovered a great comic/film site today while procrastinating.

The artist, Lev Yilmaz, is great at taking the ordinary and mundane and making it hilarious....from the things he thinks about when trying to sleep to a typical conversation with his mom to selecting a video to watch with his girlfriend.

Be sure to visit his Youtube page for more.

Watched a bit of one movie but had to close the window. There was this god-awful extremely loud blip noise that was just painful at any volume setting (problem with QuickTime most likely). And the movie was extremely boring... Probably picked a bad one there...

Not really. They're kind of boring. Just amusing enough to get you to sit through it all hoping it will get better, but boring in the end. At least that's my opinion.

A matter of opinion, of course.
Some of them are actually very funny.  The one on "mum talk" or the one on procrastination.

NECROTHREAD REVIVAL!

I accidentally came across these videos again today on YouTube. Maybe I just needed a few more years of life experience because this time I really enjoyed most of them.

But I'm not sure I like what that infers about my change in perspective these past few years... :-\
