[bug report] can't see alias

i noticed a new bug concerning the aliases

in a read-only alias file, you just can't see aliases

if you want to see an alias (by double-clicking it) it says you can't add or delete a read only alias

thanks, i guess i got over-eager in my recent changes to warn about read-only alias editing.  fixed and uploaded new minor release.
