Bug: copying an image from SC main window uing Ctrl C shortcut

Hi,
Sometimes when I have an image in the main screen captor window and I wish to copy it using the shortcut (Ctrl C) it doesn't work.  If I use the menu Edit->Comopy Image/Object to Clipboard (Ctrl C) it works just fine.  I have already selected the complete image before I use Ctrl C.

i shall check into this -- it should work and if it doesnt its a bug.
