I used to play shoutcast.com stations with MediaMonkey.
But I preffer to use the slim and lightweight Screamer Radio, simply awesome. Low resources and play every radio format without need of codecs.

Yes Screamer is great; besides the built-in selection, you can simply drag and drop a web radio link onto it, for instance a shoutcast.com "tunein" button (and add it to favorites also)
